Exeperince: 5 - 8 Years
Salary Range: 10 LPA - 15 LPA
Interview Mode: face-face Interview Only
Role Overview:
- We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Technical Lead who sits at the meeting point of marketing and technology. You will run and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms, drive SEO and AI-search research, and build practical AI tools, including fine-tuned LLMs, for marketing and sales. You will also be a key hands-on contributor to Nambiar's in-house digital transformation.
- This is a doing role: you'll build, test, and ship, not just plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets with accountability for CPL, cost per site visit, and lead quality.
- Set up and maintain tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and offline conversion uploads from CRM.
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Coordinate with agencies and property portals on execution and lead quality.
SEO, AI Search & Research:
- Execute SEO across technical audits, on-page optimisation, schema markup, site speed, local SEO (Google Business Profiles for each project), and content.
- Research and implement AI-search optimisation (GEO/AEO) so Nambiar appears in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
- Conduct keyword, competitor, and buyer-intent research and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
AI & LLM Development:
- Build and deploy AI tools for marketing and sales, such as lead-qualification chatbots, WhatsApp assistants, and content-generation workflows.
- Hands-on fine-tuning of LLMs (LoRA/QLoRA, instruction tuning) on Nambiar's project data, FAQs, and brand voice, plus RAG pipelines and prompt engineering.
- Evaluate model output for accuracy and brand safety, and follow data privacy requirements (DPDP Act).
In-house Digital Transformation:
Implement and integrate martech tools:
- CRM (Salesforce / LeadSquared / Sell.Do or similar), marketing automation, WhatsApp Business API, and analytics dashboards.
- Automate manual marketing and sales processes and help digitise customer journeys (virtual tours, online booking, customer portals).
- Work closely with Sales, CRM, and IT teams to deliver digital projects.
Technical Leadership:
- Act as the go-to technical expert in the marketing team and guide junior executives and agency partners.
- Prepare clear performance reports and dashboards for leadership.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Cost per qualified lead, lead-to-site-visit conversion, campaign ROAS, organic traffic and AI-search visibility, tracking accuracy, and successful delivery of AI and automation projects.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with strong expertise in Meta and Google Ads.
- Solid technical SEO skills and familiarity with AI-search optimisation.
- Practical experience with LLMs: fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or open-source models via Hugging Face).
- Working knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Strong command of GA4, GTM, Looker Studio or Power BI, and conversion tracking setups.
- Experience implementing or integrating CRM and marketing automation tools. • Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.
Preferred:
- Experience in real estate or other high-ticket, long-cycle purchase categories.
- Basic web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress or similar).
- Certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or AI/ML courses.
